Allison is a seasoned therapist who brings an eclectic background in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialect Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and consciousness-based approaches. She firmly believed in the uniqueness of each individual and recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.  As such, she tailors treatment methods to reflect the individual needs and preferences of each client.

Throughout her career, Allison has successfully addressed a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, major depressive disorder, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, addiction/substance abuse, OCD, and bipolar I and II, among others.
