Casey Halejak (he/him) is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and a member of the LGBTQ community. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Social Work and has previously worked in community behavioral health. This allowed him to gain a breadth of experience with diverse adults in providing individual and group therapy. His specialities include grief and loss, trauma, complex trauma, substance use, and anxiety disorders. Casey is certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy and has extensive experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. His clinical approach also includes Emotion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy.

Casey is a relational therapist rooted in behaviorism, attachment theory, and harm reduction. By centering the therapeutic space as the starting point of healing, clients are validated and encouraged to learn and grow. As a social worker, Casey's person-centered approach prioritizes the client's input throughout the whole process so each client's unique needs are addressed. His own journey with his mental health shapes his approach by providing insight into his clients' experience where he can ask questions that address the heart of situations so clients can work towards healing more intentionally.
