Hope Helverson is a licensed social worker with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Haverford College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hope emphasizes a personalized approach to mental health treatment, recognizing that each individual brings their unique experience, questions, challenges, and strengths to the therapeutic process. Drawing primarily from psychodynamic and relational psychotherapies, Hope tailors the therapeutic work to reflect the particular needs and priorities of each person. She has received specialized training in trauma-responsive care.
