Nicole Frost, LSW

Nicole Frost is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. Nicole earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from George Washington University. Afterwards, Nicole spent time working with a non-profit focused on the impacts of social implicit biases, where she was able to work with researchers and organizations, promoting change towards equitable spaces and communities.

Nicole then earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, with a focus on supporting individuals and groups within the LGBTQ+ community. Nicole has also worked with adults who have experienced or caused harm in intimate partner relationships.

Nicole is a dedicated and empathetic clinician, bringing both a research and clinical lens in advocating for clients with diverse backgrounds. With a background in education, research, and clinical work, Nicole carries a multidisciplinary lens into her practice. In the therapeutic space, Nicole has a strength based, human centered approach in her work with individuals and groups to help clients overcome challenges, strengthen self-worth, and achieve healthy wellbeing. Nicole’s work incorporates mindfulness, relational and attachment practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and relational cultural therapy.
