Pam Leenig, LSW
Pam is a Licensed Therapist with a bachelor’s in psychology, and a master’s in social work from Fordham University.
Prior to obtaining her master’s in social work, Pam worked for corporate healthcare companies including big pharma, start-ups and boutique firms. Pam’s experience provides her with a unique perspective and understanding of the culture and systems that dominate most workplaces.
Pam has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings primarily with adults and specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, generational trauma, life transitions, personal development, post-partum, stress/burnout and women’s health issues.
She is an empathetic, non-judgmental, collaborative therapist who can provide individualized therapy including Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Motivational-Interviewing, Psychoanalytic and Strength-Based techniques.
Pam believes with therapy the ‘aha moments’ teach us insight and resilience and why all the hard work is worth it.
