Raegan is a licensed associate professional counselor (LAPC) based in Philadelphia who works with both individuals and couples. Raegan loves working with couples to create positive change that improves and strengthens relationships. She understands that seeking help in a relationship can be difficult and vulnerable. She is focused on providing a space where couples can come to identify goals, improve their communication, and resolve conflicts.
Raegan draws from a person-centered approach while customizing evidence-based treatment to find what works best for you in your current stage of life. She uses trauma-informed modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), motivational interviewing (MI), attachment-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy.
