    Out of Network Coverage

    PhilaTherapy can make arrangements for you to pay for your sessions upfront and then provide you with a bill for you to send to out-of-network insurance companies for reimbursement. Our license, training, and education will allow you to be qualified for out-of-network reimbursement from these insurance plans if this is part of your policy. Please review PhilaTherapy, LLC’s patient consent form regarding reimbursement. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them.

    Out-of-Pocket Fees: All sessions are 45 – 60-minutes in length. The fee for a session for individuals ($150), couples or families ($175).

    Sliding Scale: If you cannot afford our out-of-pocket fees, please call us so we can arrange a sliding scale fee for you to be able to receive services.

    You have the option of making payment by debit card, health savings account (HSA) or credit card at the end of each session through TherapyNotes or by cash and check.

    Cancellation Policy:

    If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a fee ($75). We thank you in advance for letting us know if you are sick or otherwise unable to make your appointment. This fee will be charged to your payment information on file and you will receive an invoice.
