Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder

Christopher directs all administrative aspects of PhilaTherapy. He welcomes and schedules new client intakes, processes EAP and insurance explanation of benefits and claims, manages payroll, marketing, contracting, and onboarding of new hires. Christopher supervises billing and collections. Having multiple years of experience in customer service, his history of managing a hospitals scheduling department and its three outpatient facilities blended with an insurance background, has given Chris the experience to provide our clients with a warm, welcoming, and personalized approach to their care.

Chris Sullivan embodies what it means to have authentic connection at PhilaTherapy. He spends much of his time using his personalized approach, combined with humor and warmth, speaking with clients, clinicians, and others in the field. He welcomes all and makes them feel at home and at ease with his skills and knowledge.
