Susan Lambert, LPC
Susan Lambert, MA, ATR, BC, LPC. received her advanced degree from George Washington University in Washington DC.
She brings 30+ years of experience working with a wide variety of different types of issues and people. Susan has worked in both private, nonprofit and government settings with clients spanning ages from child to older adult. She has in-depth experience treating adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, personality and thought disorders. Susan has aided individuals with memory loss, sensory disorders, such as sight and hearing impairments, and ADD/ ADHD.
Presently her work concentrates, but is not limited to, adolescent treatment with a focus on family therapy, interests in the LGBTQ community, Neuro-divergence, young adult transitional issues, adult anxiety and depression.
Using her personable, client centered approach, Susan uses talk and expressive therapy to help many people heal from serious mental health conditions by utilizing creativity and problem solving techniques to lessen clinical symptomatology.
Currently, Susan is being trained in EMDR. Her specialized training includes grief-work at the University of London, Goldsmiths College, Sand Tray, and is a First responder during local critical events.
